Megan DeSelms is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C), who joined FLDSCC in 2023. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program, where she obtained a Bachelor of Clinical Health Services degree and Physician Assistant Certificate in 2010. 

Megan is a member of the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA) and is recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology PAs (FSDPA) and is active in her local area journal club. Prior to joining the FLDSCC team, Megan worked in both dermatology and primary care in Washington State, and in more recent years has been exclusively practicing dermatology in Florida.

At FLDSCC, Megan’s clinical duties include diagnosing and treating a wide variety of dermatologic diseases and conditions including eczema, dry skin, acne, warts, rashes, moles, precancerous lesions, and skin cancers. She is also certified in cosmetic dermatology procedures. 

In Megan’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being creative. She is also a professional calligraphy artist and a licensed tattoo artist specializing in restorative and paramedical tattoos.
